High temperature furnace for dental offices
At the center of the design concept is the cylindrical metal combustion chamber, to which all other elements formally refer.
After firing, the still glowing model moves vertically downwards out of the furnace chamber and cools down. The dramaturgy of this process is further enhanced by the archaic-looking design of the kiln.
By using innovative technologies, the sintering of zirconium oxide and the glazing of dental ceramics is combined in one furnace for the first time. Induction technology enables the highest heating rates so that zirconium oxide restorations can be fabricated in less than 15 minutes. Patients can thus be treated in just one treatment session.
The strip-shaped opening of the housing is backlit in color, indicating the current process status of the sintering process. This color code can also be found on the user interface of the external display.
